A HUGE well done to our Year 5 class who visited Chester Zoo on the Friday before half term to enrich their Literacy learning about Michael Morpurgo’s Kensuke’s Kingdom. They had a fabulous day finding out about the rainforest and the different creatures that live there.
They showed great interest and enthusiasm during the rainforest workshop, when meeting the orangutans and when exploring how their habitat is under threat from human development.
They worked with enthusiasm and found out many astonishing facts to support their learning back at school.
Well done Year 5, we are very proud of you all!
Thank you for being a credit to our school!
