There are two admission processes, Normal Round and In-Year.
The Normal Round process is used by families making applications for Nursery or Reception places each September. This is a national process and is part of the Co-ordinated Admissions scheme. Applications can be made on-line or via a paper application, all of which are handled by the Local Authority in which parents/carers live. If you wish to apply via a paper application, this can be obtained from the school office. The completed form will then be forwarded to the relevant Local Authority admissions department on your behalf.
The In-Year process is used by parents/carers who wish to make an application for Nursery or Reception places at any other time of the year or by parents/carers who wish to apply for their child’s place in Years 1-6. These applications are to be made directly through the school.
Each year, the school has to determine its admissions arrangements. Our school follows the Stoke-on-Trent Local Authority Admissions arrangements, for more information please click the link below.
